Eligibility for Returns:

  • Personalized Products: Due to the custom nature of personalized items (e.g., customized clothing, printed designs, and engraved items), we can only accept returns if the product is defective, damaged, or contains an error in personalization due to our mistake.

  • Non-Personalized Products: Non-customized items may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email our support team at support@wearhaus.co.za within 7 days of receiving your item. Include your order number, details of the product, and reason for return.

  2. Return Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Please note, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

  3. Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If approved, we will issue a refund or process an exchange within 5-7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized items (unless defective or incorrect).

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

  • Clearance or sale items.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
